Ingredients aloo gobi masala:

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish green chili

  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes and cauliflower are tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the garam masala and mix well.
